The Magic Kingdom has been the pioneer theme park of the Disneyland franchise. From its beginnings in California, it spread all over the world to Paris, Tokyo and even Hong Kong. Of course the Disneyland Resort in Orlando would also have their own taste of this theme park. To first timers out there, here are some of the reasons why you should not leave the Disneyland resorts without visiting this theme park:

It’s all about the Mountains – Yes I’m talking about Splash and Space Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. This is like the big three of the attractions in the theme park. They give you that sudden excitement that you would not ever imagine. From the huge 50 foot drop at the end from Splash Mountain, to the fast paced dips, dives, twists and turns that Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain has to offer, it will live you totally breathless once you are done with it.

From Pirates to Ghosts, Ghouls and Goblins – There is something with the Pirates of the Carribean and the Haunted Mansion that makes it a trademark attraction in the Magic Kingdom. It would look intimidating and scary to jump in this ride, however once you are in there you can feel the wholesomeness that even kids won’t get scared of riding.

Those perfect landmark photo opportunities – Cinderella’s Castle and the Swiss Family Robinson tree house would always be the areas that people won’t leave the park without taking a picture with their friends and family. The castle is an architectural masterpiece that anyone could feel that they are royalty. As for the Tree house, it is a unique design that makes people very innovative and versatile on how they can survive in a setting like that.

Disney Characters feel like celebrities on a daily basis – It caters to all ages. Taking your photos with the famous Mouse couple Mickey and Minnie is always a priceless thought. You can also consider some favorites like Goofy and Pluto. They are more accessible to the fans of Disney as you can even get their autographs.

The fireworks shows at the end of the day – It always makes your day in the theme park meaningful and fruitful. Showing the ray of lights over the sky would always be a magical experience to anyone visiting this theme park.
