This weekend was a long weekend. It was Memorial Day weekend. We wanted to have something notable, because it was 3-day-weekend. As any other weekends, we went to 24 hour fitness for exercise in the morning. We took a 2 classes of exercise in our fitness club, Boot Camp and Dance for 2 hours, sweat some. We came home from exercise, took shower, relaxed, then call the restaurant for reservation.
This restaurant is “Tanh Long”, in Sunset, San Francisco. We have known this restaurant famous for Crabs. Since we both love crabs, we decided to go to this restaurant. Read more

When it comes to Pizza, New York City takes the crown. Sorry Italy, sorry Chicago, its no contest. There are an endless number of pizza places to try in New York and new restaurants and gimmicks (pizza in a cone?) are popping up all the time.
Some of the new restaurants are my favorite, and some old standing are still the best.
Motorino, with two locations (one in the East Village and one in Williamsburg) serves a delicious authentic Neapolitan style pizza pie. The dough is cooked to perfection, on the fluffier side, and the mozzarella cheese is incredibly fresh. My favorite pie from here has to be the Brussels sprouts with pancetta. Read more

Try and go to any Strip diners (even some outside the Strip); you will be exposed to some hard sale to keep you glued to the same resort for as long as you stay in this city. Some resorts offer this and others go even beyond this: they want you to stay glued to all their resorts by offering you to purchase a wrist-band which allows you to dine at all their establishments for just over 30 dollars plus taxes. If there is a place where you would like to have your fill while at Central Park, it has got to be at the world renowned restaurant – Tavern on the Green. This famous Upper West Side, New York City, restaurant draws in large crowds thanks to its delicious cuisine, fabulous location and excellent service. With over half a million visitors a year, Tavern on the Green is the self-described “highest-grossing independently owned restaurant in the United States”. In fact, this is the place where the New York Marathon finish line is located. This event alone brings in a mammoth 10,000 guests to the restaurant on the eve of the marathon.
Originally a sheep meadow, today this place is the happening center of the Central Park. Within short walking distance from Strawberry fields, Tavern on the Green is also famous for the major celebrity weddings held here. Tavern on the Green has won the honor of providing the best ambiance to its visitors. The restaurant also received an Award for Excellence for its exquisite wine selections in 2003.
